girl got half a banana, 2 tbs plain yoghurt, a good squirt of honey
(about a teaspoon),
2 tbs milk and 1/2 tbs rolled oats. And mixed that all together in a cup. Now they could just eat
that with a spoon, but to make it more smoothie-ish, we chucked it all in a blender with a couple
of blocks of ice and whizzed it all together till smooth. And serve.

banana and 1 tsp peanut butter
Mixed berry
Kiwi and pineapple
Watched a show on telly last night where a mom made a smoothie with liver which is supposed to be super good for your kids... But I am not too sure... Each to their own.
