Liv pipes up the other day: "Mommy. I know what we can do. We can sell things."
So we waited for the first sunny day of the holiday and set up stall.
Our garden sits on main road Sea Point, so we had a captured audience.
Earlier Liv and I had made little fingertip print cards and notebooks, baked and decorated
some cupcakes, and squeezed some fresh lemonade. And as there was still a chill in the air,
a flask of warm milo.

Cath and I were gobsmacked by our girls' confidence. The were out there pulling in the customers, yelling 'cakes for sale!' Chatting away and helping customers with their wares, packing cupcakes into boxes and pouring their homemade lemonade. And constantly restyling the stall!
Just over an hour later, all sold out!
